A quick historical look at HF welding technology is a rather boring. Why? Because nothing new has been developed for decades. But that changes today. The all new Aeon HF inverter welder is a re-invention of HF inverter welding.

Digital closed-loop feedback enables the Āeon HF to adapt to changes in resistance, dynamically monitoring the process 25,000 times per second. Should resistivity change during the weld, the Āeon HF will make whatever energy adjustments are required to meet set parameters. Automated alarms will alert the operator to discrepancies in expected results. You can connect one Aeon HF to a fully automated production floor, or you can connect many. The new welder's name is derived from the welder's ability to produce the perfect weld over and over again, forever, if you will.
4. Affordable Welding
The Aeon HF combines the power supply and monitoring capabilities into one case. Competing products sell these two components separately, which increases the cost of implementing the welding technology into an production process. Typically, the Aeon HF represents a lower investment than other options.
5. Modern Welding
Placed side by side, it only takes on look at the Aeon HF to see its in a class all its own. True to the Sunstone brand, the welder sports a large, color, digital touchsreen monitor. All you need is your finger to control every aspect of any weld. The touchscreen software interface reduces training costs and makes daily operation easier than competing welders.
